Throughout a year-long investigation spanning multiple jurisdictions, and utilising local human intelligence sources together with forensic analysis of records, Audere uncovered a network of over 20 international entities to which the subject was linked, established patterns of corporate structuring, identities of nominees, and previously undisclosed offshore interests ultimately strengthening and augmenting the client’s position in their legal proceedings.
